Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to lead and coordinate electrical construction projects from inception to completion. This role combines technical expertise with strong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, construction estimating, and project scheduling, while demonstrating exceptional leadership and communication abilities. Join our team to drive innovative electrical solutions and contribute to high-profile construction initiatives across diverse sectors.ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project estimates utilizing construction estimating software and industry standards, ensuring accuracy in cost projections for electrical systems and system design.Lead project planning efforts by creating detailed schedules. Review schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and client specifications.Manage procurement processes by sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with suppliers to meet project timelines and budgets.Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules through effective project management and site coordination.Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate clear communication, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships throughout the project.Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam,Accubid for project documentation, tracking progress, change order management, and reporting.SkillsExtensive experience in construction estimating with proficiency in Accubid or equivalent estimating software.Strong electrical engineering background with knowledge of system design, schematics interpretation, and blueprint reading.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.In-depth understanding of NEC regulations and construction management principles.Skilled in project scheduling for detailed timeline development and resource allocation.Effective communicator capable of leading teams, coordinating projects, and negotiating contracts confidently.Familiarity with construction site safety practices and experience working on active construction sites. Salary : $95,000 - $175,000
