Review schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and client specifications.Manage procurement processes by sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with suppliers to meet project timelines and budgets.Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules through effective project management and site coordination.Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate clear communication, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships throughout the project.Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam,Accubid for project documentation, tracking progress, change order management, and reporting.SkillsExtensive experience in construction estimating with proficiency in Accubid or equivalent estimating software.Strong electrical engineering background with knowledge of system design, schematics interpretation, and blueprint reading.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.In-depth understanding of NEC regulations and construction management principles.Skilled in project scheduling for detailed timeline development and resource allocation.Effective communicator capable of leading teams, coordinating projects, and negotiating contracts confidently.Familiarity with construction site safety practices and experience working on active construction sites.
