Keith Novy DDS is now hiring a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Austin, TX!
We are seeking a new Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.
Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Wednesday & Thursday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities
- Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
- Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
- Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
- Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
- Presenting treatment plans
- Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
- Appointment scheduling
- Requesting records
- Patient follow ups
- Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2 or more years dental front office experience
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
