What This Means For Our Dentists
- Clinical judgment comes first — Dentists maintain full authority over diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Patient relationships matter — We value continuity, trust, and long‑term care over volume. Dentistry here is relationship‑driven, not transaction‑based.
- Support without interference — Administrative and operational support exists to reduce burden, not to control clinical decisions or day‑to‑day practice flow.
- Respectful, stable office environment — Teams are collaborative, experienced, and treated with professionalism. Dentists are viewed as leaders within the office.
- Reasonable expectations and pacing — Schedules are designed to support quality care, not rushed dentistry or burnout.
- Transparency and fairness — Expectations, scheduling, and compensation are communicated clearly and consistently, without moving targets.
