As a Clinical Care Partner – RN, you will provide clinical leadership, assessment and direct nursing care while working closely with Care Partners and a multidisciplinary aged care team. You will play a key role in developing, implementing and monitoring clinical care plans and ensuring nursing care is delivered safely, effectively and in line with Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
