Starting Rate is $18.00 per hour, with increases to $20.00 per hour within your first year!
We are currently looking for Direct Support Professionals who want to utilize their strengths and talents to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift! Weekend hours are required.
In this position you will partner with the people that you support to provide education, exposure, and experiences to opportunities for a meaningful life. This can include community experience to become an integrated member of their community to promote and achieve the highest level of independence. The DSP will work as part of a team to promote the qualities of a typical life based upon the persons desires, abilities and preferences. This may include personal hygiene and other activities of daily living.
Positions are full time or part time.
Successful candidates must be available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift including weekends.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED Preferred
- 18 years old or older
- Safe driving record; valid driver’s license meeting the requirements of our insurance company
- Can pass a basic reading comprehension and math test, a background check, and pre-employment screenings which include a drug screen, physical and agility test.
- Must be able to lift, transfer and implement restraint techniques.
