Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
Troubleshoot product or service issues with clarity and empathy
Accurately document interactions in our support system (e.g. Zendesk)
Escalate complex cases and follow through until resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring issues
Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products and processes
Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude in every interaction
