Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training and development to enhance team performance.
- Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Oversee inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.
- Implement effective marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract customers and increase store traffic.
- Monitor store performance through sales management metrics, retail math analysis, and budgeting to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers by demonstrating strong phone etiquette and organizational skills while fostering a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail environments with supervisory or assistant manager roles preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and develop talent through training & development initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, retail math, pricing strategies, and sales management.
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and general administrative tasks.
