Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including service, staffing, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the highest level of hospitality and service standards are consistently met.
- Maintain proper staffing levels through recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training team members.
- Monitor and control operating costs, P&L performance, and cash control procedures.
- Enforce company policies and compliance with applicable laws.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Monitor quality of food, beverage, and cleanliness standards.
- Foster a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
- High School diploma or GED required; hospitality or business degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in casual dining & upscale hospitality
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to lead in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform other physical duties as required.
- Customer-focused mindset with proven problem-solving skills.
