Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT systems and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and training to staff and clients.
- Develop and implement accessible technology solutions.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve technological processes.
- Assist in the evaluation and integration of new technologies.
- Support remote work capabilities and virtual communication tools.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in information technology management or support.
- Strong understanding of accessible technology solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Knowledge of data security best practices.
- Preferred: Experience working in nonprofit or disability services sector.
- Preferred: Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or similar.
