Detailed Cleaner / Handyman
Luxury High-Rise Building – Long Branch, NJ
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Detailed Cleaner / Handyman to join our team at a luxury residential high-rise in Long Branch.
Responsibilities
- Detailed cleaning of common areas, hallways, amenity spaces, and building facilities
- Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Performing light handyman and maintenance tasks
- Using basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Assisting with building upkeep and special projects as needed
- Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
Requirements
- Experience with commercial or residential cleaning preferred
- Ability to properly use mops, vacuums, cleaning equipment, and supplies
- Comfortable using basic tools and performing minor repairs
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the workday
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
