Position Overview
As a Budtender, you’ll be the shift face of our dispensary. Your blend of cannabis knowledge, genuine care, and people skills will help guide customers to the right products and create memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Welcome evening customers and guide their product choices
- Share insights on strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories
- Accurately operate the POS and manage cash transactions
- Verify IDs per Washington state regulations
- Maintain an inviting, clean, and well stocked sales floor
- Support inventory intake, restocking, and product organization
- Assist with daily specials, loyalty program promotions, and military discounts
- Promote compliance with all state and company policies
Qualifications
- Must be 21 with valid ID (WA state requirement)
- Cannabis retail experience preferred, but we value passion and a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service focus
- Familiarity with POS, basic math skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team oriented
- Flexible evening and weekend availability
