STAR Behavior Consulting, LLC. - is searching for a full or part time Registered Behavior Technician.
This position will work directly with our clients in the clinic. Hours of operation are from 8:00am- 4:30pm.
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides one-on-one behavioral therapy to children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs implement individualized treatment plans, collect accurate data, teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills, and utilize behavior reduction strategies to help clients achieve meaningful progress.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in the clinic.
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA.
- Teach communication, social, self-help, play, and adaptive living skills.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and replacement behaviors.
- Collect accurate data throughout each therapy session.
- Complete daily session notes and documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and fellow team members.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.
- Participate in required supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
