F&I Position Job Description & Responsibilities:
· Assist department managers to lead and direct the entire Sales Staff while working as a Finance Manager.
· Assist customers arrange the financing of their purchases and also present them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
· Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collect-ability.
· Understand title laws and registration process.
· Maintains certifications as required for the position.
· Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
· Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.
· Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
· Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts.
Job Requirements:
· Must have auto dealership experience in Finance Manager role.
· Automotive management and references.
· Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
· Automotive-specific computer knowledge preferred (Dealertrack, Reynolds, etc.)
· Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
· Must possess the ability to “close".
· Professional Appearance.
· Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
· Ability to support a menu-driven F&I sales process.
· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
· Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
· Must possess and demonstrate personal & professional integrity.
· Desire for long-term employment

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
