Duties
- Engage with customers to identify their truck bed and upfitting needs through active listening and detailed consultations
- Present product options, explain features, benefits, and customization possibilities to inspire confidence and facilitate informed decisions
- Develop personalized proposals and quotes that align with customer requirements and budget considerations
- Coordinate with manufacturing or installation teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of upfitting services
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address questions, and promote repeat business
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to provide expert guidance
- Travel Required: ~10-80 mile range (dealer network, will not require daily driving of that distance but periodically to visit new potential clients and existing). Company vehicle provided
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably within automotive or truck accessory industries
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical features and benefits
- Passion for trucks, vehicle customization, or related fields is highly desirable
- Ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards reaching sales targets and expanding client base
- Basic knowledge of truck components, accessories, or upfitting processes is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Commission schedule available after 60 days. Cell phone will be provided for business use.
