What are the responsibilities and job description for the Easy Tech Specialist position at Staples Retail Careers?

Key Deliverables:
- Creating and updating “How-to-guides” (HTGs), Seasonal Promotion Communications and Materials, HUB content pertaining to Tech Services.
- Assist with all communications surrounding product and service launches, including but not limited to ACEs, Quick Hits, Take Actions and Workload submissions to ensure Store Operation compliance.
- Participate in collaborations with Store Operations Partners to ensure all communication protocols are met. This will involve partnerships with Merchants, Store Communications, Tech Services Operations Center (TSOC) Core team and other functions within Store Operations.
- Manage the eHelpdesk ticket resolution support system for assigned product categories.
- Provide field team with critical operational support.
- Work with vendors to create purchase orders and pay invoices.

Essential skills and experience:
- High School Diploma or related store experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with using Yeti OMS and Tech Bench tools a plus.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
