The Opportunity
This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who want a clear path to high earnings and career advancement. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities and qualifying prospects for our senior advisors. As you master the process and industry, you will progress into a Senior Energy Advisor role where you will run client meetings, lead platform demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
What You Will Do
• Generate new business through outbound calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals
• Qualify prospective clients and introduce them to Stanwich Energy’s platform and services
• Learn energy markets, pricing structures, and risk management strategies
• Collaborate with senior advisors to advance opportunities through the sales process
• Build long term relationships with commercial and industrial decision makers
