Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and local area
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently
- Perform butler duties such as replenishing the mini-bar, polishing the glassware, taking out trash and collecting room service trays.
- Ability to work night audit shifts as needed. A typical Night Audit shift is from 11pm to 7am.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Starting at $11.00 per hour
Schedule: 8 hour shift

Qualifications:Skills:
- Experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in phone systems and reservation software
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management practices
- Familiarity with hotel services and amenities
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
