Stanton Carpet Corp.'s Calhoun, Georgia, Distribution Center is looking for a Cycle Inventory Clerk. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting ongoing cycle counts of all carpet, rugs, pallets, and raw materials. Your main duties will include verifying inventory accuracy, reconciling discrepancies, making necessary adjustments, and reporting these findings in AS400. You'll also need to operate a Cherry Picker when required.
- Perform cycle counts of all carpet, rugs, pallets, and raw materials on an ongoing basis
- Responsible for verifying inventory to ensure accuracy, reconciling inventories, adjusting inventory when necessary, and reporting discrepancies in AS400
- Responsible for driving a Cherry Picker as necessary
- Maintain all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory
- Adjust records when there are discrepancies between actual products and records.
- Responsible for moving products as needed
- Responsible for occasional lifting or moving of heavy material (Up to 60 lbs.)
- Responsible for assisting other employees as needed
- Expected to follow all safety regulations associated with the position.
- Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- Proficient on PC (knowledge of AS400 and Microsoft Office a plus)
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to be an effective team member.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
Salary : $18 - $20
