GENERAL MANAGER – 310 BOWERY (NYC)
310 Bowery is seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead one of downtown Manhattan's most exciting nightlife and hospitality venues.
This is not a traditional "sit in the office and manage schedules" GM role. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a guest-facing environment, enjoys building relationships, and understands how to create energy within a venue. The ideal candidate has a strong network in New York City, enjoys being the face of a business, and can drive both culture and revenue through exceptional hospitality.
The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations while working closely with ownership and senior leadership to grow the business, develop the team, and elevate the guest experience.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all front-of-house operations and management teams
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, VIPs, local businesses, and community partners
- Drive reservations, private events, and repeat business
- Be a visible presence on the floor during peak business hours
- Recruit, train, and develop hospitality-focused team members
- Maintain service standards, venue culture, and operational excellence
- Partner with ownership on marketing initiatives, special events, and business development opportunities
- Manage labor, inventory, scheduling, and financial performance
Who We're Looking For:
- Strong hospitality, nightlife, restaurant, or entertainment industry experience
- Existing NYC network strongly preferred
- Natural relationship-builder with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate teams
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growing sales and guest engagement
- Experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Director of Operations, VIP Host, Events Manager, or similar leadership role preferred

Compensation:
Base salary ranging from $80,000-$105,000, bonus opportunities, and growth potential within a rapidly expanding hospitality group.
