Your Key Responsibilities
Thought Leadership & Industry Positioning
- Research and identify emerging trends in design, pedagogy, and the built environment to inform thought leadership strategies.
- Work with designers and leadership to develop compelling narratives and case studies that showcase our innovative projects.
- Assist in writing and editing white papers, blog posts, and articles that highlight our firm’s expertise.
- Coordinate speaking engagements, panel discussions, and conference submissions for key team members.
- Research and track relevant design awards and recognition programs.
- Assist with awards submissions, collaborating with designers to develop strong narratives and visual storytelling.
- Act as a liaison with marketing to coordinate professional photography of completed projects, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and storytelling goals. Provide local onsite assistance as needed.
- Maintain and organize a library of high-quality images, videos, and other visual assets for marketing and PR use.
- Assist in creating engaging visual content for presentations, social media, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate thought leadership content into campaigns, proposals, and digital channels.
- Support the Client Relations Manager in developing strategies that enhances our relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing to prepare materials for industry panels, client workshops, project tours, and strategic partnership initiatives.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Background in marketing, communications, architecture, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to translate complex design concepts into compelling narratives.
- Experience with content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Experience with photography/videography tools is a plus
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
- Passion for design, education, and innovation with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- High School Diploma or Bachelors preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience
