Feed Production Operator

Job Summary: The Feed Production Operator responsibilities consist of duties such as assisting with manufacturing feed and related products in a manner that will optimize revenues, efficiencies and result in outstanding customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with Feed Manufacturing:
  • Primarily production of bulk swine rations
• Assist with achieving productivity goals and process improvement:
  • Work with an existing team to produce the quality of product Stan’s is known for.
  • Coordinate the manufacture, transportation, warehousing and delivery or pick up of product within established quality guidelines, customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Administration:
  • Provide, understand and act on accurate and timely information.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

• Prefer some feed mill or livestock industry experience.
  • Willing to train right individual
• Class A CDL preferred but not required at time of hire. Upon hire, employee will be encouraged to secure a CDL to contribute to the operations of the division.
• Must be fluent in technology and computer applications.
• Must be self-directed, and able to work with little or no supervision, able to manage, act and adapt in a fast paced environment.
• Attendance and reliability are a must.
