Job descriptionWe're on the lookout for the finest barista and donut Leaders for our Stan's locations! If you think you have what it takes to join our mission to provide a world class experience to coffee and donut fans everywhere, we want to hear from you! We require open availability- 5 am to 9 pm, weekends, and holidays are a must!```Duties```Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members to ensure efficient operationsMaintain regular and consistent attendance and punctualityProvide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectivelyMeet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and securityMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stockEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely mannerCollaborate with General Manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service - Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and provide training opportunities```Qualifications```Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of hotel or restaurant management principles and practicesStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detailFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for the hospitality industry and have the qualifications listed above, we would love to hear from you.
