Job Description
Join the Stanly Ranch team as our Engineer I where you will contribute to the success of the Engineering department by bringing demonstrated proficiency in at least 4-6 trades that have a direct impact on the resort and residences.
- Participate in the preventive maintenance program of all applicable building equipment in all areas of the resort and residences.
- Work closely with the Director of Engineering (DOE) & Chief Engineer to ensure your daily workflow is aligned with their assigned prioritization of projects.
- Demonstrate ENRICH values in all interactions with team members, guests and vendors.
- Troubleshoot and repair all hotel systems including all H.V.A.C&R, electrical equipment & motors, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, water and wastewater, carpentry, tile, plumbing, painting and minor automotive repairs as assigned.
- Assist with maintenance of the hotel fire system, water system, sewage system, and irrigation system.
- Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner in accordance with Auberge and Stanly Ranch standards.
- Respond to all emergency or life threatening situations
- Enforce & follow established safety procedures.
- Log and communicate all essential information in Engineering logs
Qualifications
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends
- Must be proficient in 4 to 6 trades: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, kitchen equipment, pool equipment, pumps &motors, controls, lighting & general maintenance repairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical school desired.
