- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions swiftly and securely
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with questions, product information, and checkout procedures
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are attractively presented
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision and professionalism
- Uphold phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support inventory management by participating in stocking activities and monitoring stock levels to ensure product availability
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
