This role is responsible for the design and implementation of a secure network currently on-prem to a hybrid version on AWS. You will troubleshoot and resolve network related issues. Ideal Network Engineers will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Experience working with hybrid networks.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation.
- Strong knowledge of commercial cloud platforms- AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Skilled with networking protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, VPCs and firewalls- both on-prem and virtual.
- Confident in troubleshooting and problem solving.
An active TS/SCI FS Poly level government clearance is required. Work is 100% on-site in Reston, VA. Salary is up to $200K for highly qualified candidates.
