Position Overview
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Global Controlling team. This role plays a part in supporting financial planning, reporting, analysis, and accounting across all our regional partners. The FP&A Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional partners—including Digital Technology, Human Resources, and Legal — to provide insights that drive business performance and decision-making. Your ability to break down challenges and communicate information in concise, visually appealing ways, will be instrumental in success in this role.

What You Will Do
- Develop a deep understanding of Stanley’s business plans, business models and key cost drivers and analyze actual, forecasted, and budgeted results to derive actionable insights.
- Support monthly close and forecasting processes in alignment with global timelines and reporting standards.
- Maintain and refine existing financial models and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and actionable outputs.
- Prepare monthly executive reporting packages and participate in leadership meetings to review financial and operating performance.
- Help identify and track meaningful metrics; develop dashboards or reports for monitoring business performance.
- Support initiatives to streamline financial planning and reporting processes, growing efficiency and scalability.
- Deliver continual improvements in execution that produce data leading to action that builds the business, prevents issues, and advances decision making.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in consumer goods or a multinational organization.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), planning tools (e.g., Essbase/SmartView), and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
