Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs

• Follow up on internet, phone, and showroom leads

• Conduct professional product presentations and test drives

• Build relationships and generate repeat/referral business

• Maintain accurate CRM and follow-up processes

• Work closely with finance and management teams
