Pay & Compensation

• $19.30 per hour base pay

• 20% commission on services

• Tips from satisfied customers

• Upon completion of a 3-5 week training period, lead technicians will be eligible to earn tips and commissions. Most Technicians earn between $19.30 per hour - $25 per hour per hour.

Schedule

• Monday through Saturday 1 weekday off

• Average 25-45 hours per week

• Full-Time opportunity with consistent work

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet, upholstery, floor cleaning, and 24//7 emergency water restoration services in customers' homes and businesses

• Provide excellent customer service while explaining services and recommendations

• Operate company equipment and maintain cleanliness of work vehicles

• Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• At least 19 years of age

• Background check, motor vehicle, and drug test

• Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Customer service skills
