Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on leader to take ownership of our Air Duct Cleaning division in Salem, VA. This role is responsible for training technicians in the field, ensuring quality execution, and driving performance across the team.
This is not a desk job. You will be in the field daily—coaching, inspecting, demonstrating, and leading by example.

What You’ll Do
- Train and develop Air Duct Technicians in the field
- Ensure all jobs meet company quality standards and NADCA-based best practices
- Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques including:
- System setup and negative pressure creation
- Agitation tools (forward/reverse air, brushing, etc.)
- Proper cleaning of supply, return, and trunk lines
- Coach technicians on customer communication and add-on opportunities
- Perform job site inspections and quality checks
- Reduce redo work and cancellations through better execution and training
- Work closely with management to improve performance metrics (quality score, redo rate, RPH)
- Assist with scheduling, job planning, and problem-solving in the field
- Ensure safety procedures and equipment maintenance standards are followed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in air duct cleaning, HVAC, or related field service work
- Leadership experience (lead tech, trainer, supervisor, etc.)
- Strong understanding of how to properly clean duct systems—not just surface-level work
- Ability to coach, hold accountability, and improve team performance
- Strong communication skills with both technicians and customers
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to work in attics, crawlspaces, and job site environments
