We are seeking a Carpet Cleaning Technician to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for providing a wide array of floor cleaning solutions for our customers.
Stanley Steemer is a fun, hands-on, team-oriented company. We are hiring a variety of technicians and looking for motivated individuals to join our team! Our Cleaning Technicians complete quality cleaning services for our customers, while providing client satisfaction. We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay.
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpet cleaning services such as hot water extraction, spot removing, and application of de-odorizers
- Furnish tools, materials and supplies to other workers
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Track all equipment and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Valid, US driver's license
- Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record
- Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs.
- Related experience and/or training in sales and working with the public, or equivalent combination experience preferred
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
