- Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners and businesses throughout the El Paso area, providing professional cleaning services that make a real difference in our customers' homes and indoor air quality.
- What You'll Do
Perform carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, and tile & grout cleaning services in residential and commercial properties
Operate specialized cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and providing service recommendations
Maintain company vehicles and equipment in clean, working condition
Follow company protocols and safety procedures
Represent STANLEY STEEMER's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- What We're Looking For
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs)
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
Willingness to learn and follow training procedures
Ability to work in various environments, including crawl spaces and attics
