Stanley's Driver Training, Inc. is well known for safety and quality instruction and has been serving the families in Greater Cincinnati and the surrounding areas since 1977. We opened our Stanley's East Goshen location last year, next door to the Goshen Kroger store right off of St. Rt. 28.
We have built our legacy by incorporating defensive driving techniques into our Instructor Training programs. We are looking for an Office Administrator to support our Office operations and help our teenagers get the information they need to get their driver's license. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator for part time customer support. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience. Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Type accurately and efficiently to document interactions and maintain records.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or resolve outstanding issues.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized office environment to facilitate efficient operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in typing and using office software applications.
- Ability to analyze situations and think critically to resolve issues effectively.
