We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Commercial Plumbing Project Manager/Estimator to lead and coordinate complex plumbing projects within the commercial construction sector. Duties
- Develop accurate and competitive construction estimates for commercial plumbing projects utilizing construction.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise understanding of project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project execution from inception through completion.
- Manage project schedules proactively by utilizing project scheduling techniques to monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Oversee construction site activities ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and contractual obligations while maintaining effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Utilize industry-standard tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Project management software to streamline workflows, document control, and reporting processes.
- Review contracts thoroughly to ensure scope compliance and manage change orders efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills by balancing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing estimating
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing systems.
- Demonstrated ability in project management principles such as scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and project coordination.
- Hands-on experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety protocols and site logistics.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management practices.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
