The associate must have knowledge on Mortgage Insurance
Mandatory: Mortgage associates experienced in Servicing domain specifically Active ,Default and Secondary Market MISMO to be considered for the role
Requirements for “MISMO-certified” resources are best interpreted as a need for strong hands-on expertise in MISMO standards (LDD, XML schemas, servicing data mappings), which can be effectively delivered through experienced domain and data professionals, supplemented by a small number of certified or certification-track SMEs for compliance.
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage loan lifecycle and mortgage data
• Hands on experience with MISMO standards and data mappings
• Expertise in dimensional and analytical data modeling
• Advanced SQL skills for large, complex datasets
• Proven experience working in Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning)
• Experience supporting analytics and modeling use cases (risk, performance, or credit)
• Strong focus on data quality, governance, and documentation
Roles & Responsibilities
(Mortgage | MISMO | Snowflake)
• Analyze mortgage data across the full loan lifecycle (origination, underwriting, closing, servicing, and secondary market)
• Own alignment of enterprise mortgage data to MISMO standards, logical data models, and industry best practices
• Define and maintain data mappings from LOS, servicing, credit, and investor systems to MISMO compliant structures
• Design and maintain enterprise scale analytical and dimensional data models (star/snowflake schemas) in Snowflake
• Translate complex MISMO XML/JSON structures into performant, analytics ready relational data models
• Develop, optimize, and review advanced SQL for large scale mortgage datasets; ensure performance and maintainability
• Leverage Snowflake capabilities (clustering, secure views, CTEs, performance tuning) to support scalable analytics and modeling workloads
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify data quality issues, emerging portfolio trends, and model impacting risks
• Develop and curate mortgage specific metrics and features (e.g., LTV, DTI, delinquency indicators) for analytics and modeling use cases
• Support credit risk, prepayment, and performance models by validating data inputs and ensuring ongoing data readiness
• Define and implement data quality controls aligned with MISMO business rules, investor requirements, and regulatory expectations
• Document data models, data definitions, and SQL logic to support governance, auditability, and reuse
