This role combines project management excellence with client development, strategic leadership, and mentoring. While leading the successful delivery of municipal, utility, and industrial water and wastewater projects, you will also play a key role in expanding client relationships, influencing market strategy, identifying new service opportunities, and helping grow our team.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects from planning through construction
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and project financial performance
- Serve as the primary client contact and build trusted client relationships
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across civil, process, structural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines
- B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering; M.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering or Masters in Business Administration preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Iowa or ability to obtain within six months
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including at least 4 years as a Project Manager
- Professional Management Professional (PMP) certification is ideal but not mandatory
- Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
- Working knowledge of multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects
