Position Overview
The Marketing Operations team sits at the middle of Marketing Strategy, Channel Strategy and Creative Development, working with cross-function teams and channel experts to ensure cohesive workflows and communication throughout the business to bring marketing campaigns and creative projects to life. The Associate eCommerce Photography Producer at Stanley 1913 is responsible for overseeing the entire production process for our product description pages. You will work closely with product development, the Photo Studio Manager, photographers and editors to ensure the development of a clear and efficient PDP process and deliver high-quality images in line with our ecommerce needs and product launch calendar. You’ll play a key role in tracking product development dates, coordinating samples, scheduling and executing photo shoots, post-production and delivering final assets to the DAM. This role requires you to work in a hybrid capacity out of the Seattle, WA area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a clear global process for all PDP photography with key cross functional partners including product development, sample coordination, and studio photography.
- Establish weekly meeting with key cross functional global partners to provide visibility into the delivery of product samples and coordinate downstream impact on photo studio timelines and final photo delivery.
- Establish and send weekly report on status of all pdp photography, highlighting prioritization, at risk product, resourcing issue and bottlenecks, adjusting delivery timelines as necessary.
- Ensure the photo studio hits weekly PDP priorities and maintains the schedule on set.
- Manage day-to-day logistics of PDP photo shoots, including coordinating product samples, managing timelines and ensuring deliverables are on time.
- Collaborate with Studio Manager to ensure PDP schedule efficiently layers into the master photo studio schedule, proactively readjusting as necessary to account for resourcing, competing priorities and product availability.
- Work closely with retouching team to maintain timelines and deliver assets in a timely manner.
- Communicate closely with Studio Manager, photographers, sample coordinators and ecommerce team to be sure studio is working efficiently and has everything they need for ecommerce shots.
- Assist with sample coordination as needs for PDP studio shoot and editorial shoots both in studio and at external locations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 years of producing projects or directly related experience
- Experience with project management and creative software – Smartsheet, Figma, Teams, Microsoft Office, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work on tight timelines and remain make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated and collaborative with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solver with a proactive approach, skilled at foreseeing obstacles and offering timely resolutions.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
