EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and skills is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and skill would be Experience: One year performing technical computer and/or LAN/WAN system operational functions or other equivalent work experience. Education: Twelfth grade diploma or equivalent*. Supplemental training or coursework in computer instruction, instructional technology or subject matter areas applicable to the assignment. *Candidates applying for positions at Title I funded schools must have an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree or equivalent, or 48 college semester units, or otherwise meet the State and Federal qualifications of the No Child Left Behind guidelines. License Requirements: A valid California Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and adequate insurance coverage on your vehicle. Condition of Employment: Insurability by the district’s liability carrier. Employment contingent upon fingerprint and background clearance, and proof of a recent negative tuberculosis test.
