Job Summary
Provides large and small group instruction in all subjects in regular teacher's absence; develops classroom lesson plans or follows lesson plans provided by teacher in his/her absence; maintains standard pupil behavior; maintains suitable class control and provides an orderly learning environment; performs other related duties as assigned by the school principal.

*SCOE Substitute Teacher Application. *Copy of valid, California Teaching Credential or California 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit, Teaching Permit for Statutory Leave (TPSL), or TCC issued by SCOE. *Effective January 1, 2025 AB 2534 District Employment History Required. (This portion of the application is REQUIRED FOR CURRENT & PREVIOUS LEA EMPLOYMENT INCLUDING SUBSTITUTE TEACHING).
