Under the direction of an assigned Manager, perform a variety of administrative support functions in an assigned departmental office; relieve the supervisor of administrative details; organize and coordinate office activities, coordinate the flow of communications, and maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.

USE SAME FORMAT as the WORK HISTORY SECTION of APPLICATION. CLERICAL TESTING: Substitute Clerical requires a SCOE Administrative I Exam Certificate. If you have a SCOE Administrative Assistant I, II, III, IV or Executive Assistant Certificate be sure to attach a copy to your application.
