Under the general direction of a cabinet member, direct, supervise and coordinate the external business operations; provide business advice and make financial decisions on behalf of the direct-service districts that promote long-term financial solvency and legal compliance in business related areas; design and implement internal control procedures; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
