BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Psychological Services Manager, provide professional services to special education students, parents, school and District personnel to improve the educational performance and psychological functioning of students; participate in the development and implementation of comprehensive Individual Educational Plans (IEP) for special education students.
Requirements / Qualifications
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED OF ALL APPLICANTS AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION: ·Copy of valid CA Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Psychology. SPECIAL NOTE: You may obtain your credential information from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing website at www.ctc.ca.gov (See "print a Document's Detail" for instructions www.ctc.ca.gov/credentials/ctc-online---your-educator-account) EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: master's degree in educational or clinical psychology, including at least one year of internship under the supervision of a credentialed school psychologist.
RECOMMENDED DOCUMENTS: It is recommended that you include the following documents with your application: ·Letter of Interest ·Resume ·Transcripts ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The following documents are NOT required at time of application, but will be required if offered employment: •Department of Justice fingerprint clearance •Tuberculosis clearance •Physical/drug screen clearance •Official transcripts *Employees must provide a personal vehicle-employer reasonably expects driving to be one of the job functions.
