BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Human Resources supervisor, perform a variety of specialized, complex and confidential duties related to the recruitment and employment of the County’s classified and classified management personnel. Assure compliance with County, State and federal laws, rules and regulations concerning classified and classified management recruitment: maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.
Requirements / Qualifications
Ed-Join Application. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and two years increasingly responsible human resources generalist experience. Course work in human resources, business administration or a related field is desirable. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis clearance & Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance. Must be at least 18 years of age.
