We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Molding Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for inspecting, assembling, labeling, and packaging molded products while following all quality and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Perform visual and functional inspections of molded parts and assemblies
- Package products according to labeling and packaging specifications
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory procedures
- Complete hand assembly tasks ranging from simple to complex assemblies
- Follow quality plans and work instructions to ensure product specifications are met
- Assist with maintaining material levels in hoppers
- Support line clearance and production setup activities
- Report production, machine, or quality concerns to Supervisors promptly
- Perform rework and secondary operations as needed
- Complete production, quality control, and scrap reporting accurately
- Operate pallet jacks and other industrial equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with training new operators when needed
- Follow all company policies, OSHA requirements, and safety procedures
- Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented attitude
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting
- Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around moving machinery and industrial equipment
- Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment
Schedule
- Full-time, non-exempt position
- 40 hours per week
- 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift opportunities available
- 8-hour or 12-hour shifts may be required
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on production needs

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
