We'd love to talk with you about our part-time (20 hr/wk) position managing low-income housing communities in Clymer, PA.

The right candidate will have a unique combination of organizational and people skills:
- A natural orientation to excellence in everything you do, while maintaining the flexibility to adjust to the unexpected;
- A genuine desire to help others, including strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent personal boundaries, and the ability to work with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds;
- Strong math skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and property management software experience.
- Able to set clear priorities, manage critical workflow, stay organized - AND switch focus quickly when needed.
- Required education/experience: Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); minimum of two years' experience managing subsidized residential communities and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. COS or STAR Certification must be obtained.
Foundational responsibilities fall into five areas:
- Full - To the highest degree possible, maintain 100% occupancy and drive the property's marketing plan and activities.
- Flush – Collect rents and manage all related activities.
- Flawless – Maintain all paperwork, systems, and files at the highest levels of excellence at all times.
- Fabulous - Oversee maintenance of physical plant at the highest possible level.
- Friendly – Create and maintain a safe and welcoming community.
Supervision: You will supervise and support maintenance and cleaning staff, and manage relationships with vendors.
