Duties
- Lead the overall management of the assisted living community, ensuring smooth daily operations aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements.

- Supervise and support staff members, including caregivers, nursing staff, and administrative personnel, fostering a positive team environment through effective leadership and mentorship.
- Coordinate medication administration in compliance with healthcare regulations and ensure accurate documentation.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency while delivering high-quality resident care.

- Facilitate resident engagement activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and overall well-being.
- Monitor health and safety protocols rigorously to ensure a secure environment for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other memory impairments.

Skills
- Proven experience in assisted living management or senior care leadership with a strong background in nursing home or long-term care environments.
- Extensive knowledge of assisted living operations management, including budgeting, staffing supervision, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with people with developmental disabilities or memory-related conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
