We’re seeking a VP Human Resources & Training to drive organizational excellence through people, performance, and learning. Be a champion of culture, talent, and transformation across our organization.
Who YOU are:
- 10 years of Human Resources and Training experience, with 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Experienced in all 5 Human Resource disciplines.
- Skilled in advanced conflict resolution, giving material presentations, and resolving issues impacting multiple departments or divisions.
- Ability to motivate or influence others, with a significant level of diplomacy and trust.
- Bachelor’s degree, formal certifications and or combination of education and experience.
What YOU’LL do:
- Guide the strategic planning, management of human resources and staff development initiatives across the financial institution.
- Oversight of employee development and training program, recruitment, employee benefits, payroll and HR compliance functions.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to align HR and Training goals with overall business objectives.
- Analyze training needs enterprise wide.
- Review HR and training metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Administer the Credit Union's compensation plan, annual merit increase, performance planning and review programs.

Salary : $180,000 - $230,000
