Role Description
This is an on-site position responsible for the day-to-day technical support of a large fulfillment center in Memphis, Tennessee. You will be responsible for both hardware and software, focusing on maintaining warehouse production and maximizing uptime in a dynamic environment. You will resolve or escalate tickets as required, as well as serving our corporate users via remote assistance tools. Your duties will include participating in an on-call rotation and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Software, PC, printer, and other peripheral hardware troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting wired and wireless network connectivity
- Mobile Device Management and troubleshooting of Android scanners
- Local and network printing capabilities
- Work with InfoSec team to maintain security of devices
- Cross-site collaboration with other Distribution Centers
- Document issues resolved and methods of doing so to improve Knowledge Base
Requirements
- 3 years of experience corporate technical support/helpdesk in a ticketing/SLA-driven environment
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools
- Solution-oriented attitude
