What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to take ownership of managing and collecting on client accounts. In this role, you’ll work closely with the AP/AR Manager and play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on assigned accounts
- Send daily payment reminders and resolve outstanding balances
- Monitor and resolve problem checks and unapplied credits
- Post payments (checks, credit cards, wires) daily
- Collaborate on special projects and support the accounting team
What You Bring:
- A knack for staying organized and juggling tasks
- Solid Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Experience in accounting or related work (degree a plus!)
- A team-first mindset with a sharp eye for detail
