Position Profile
The Standley Systems Logistics Coordinator will assist the Logistics Manager with all duties. This position will oversee the housekeeping of the warehouse as well as general maintenance/upkeep of the grounds and buildings while performing various other tasks to assist the Logistics Manager. This position will report to the Implementation Manager.
Requirements
Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screen. Standley Systems has federal contracts that require compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, therefore medical marijuana license-holders who test positive for marijuana will not be qualified for the position.

Requirements
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Able to work well with others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Good driving record, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
- Schedule Installs, complete schedule and install paperwork by noon daily
- Process RTV orders/claims daily
- Purchasing/Receiving of equipment
- Process Sales
- Conduct Vehicle Inspections
- Maintain used inventory spreadsheet for Sales
- Organize and properly store returned machines daily
- Maintains general maintenance/upkeep of the grounds and buildings
- Maintains a very orderly shop/warehouse at all times
- Other miscellaneous jobs as needed
