We have one full-time/part-time opening for a Certified Veterinary Technician. Technicians are vital members of the medical team and at Standish-Parkin Veterinary Services, you and your skills will be fully utilized. Primary responsibilities include providing a high standard of nursing care to patients through compliance with the attending DVM’s instructions, maintaining a clean and sterile work environment, inducing and monitoring anesthesia, assisting in surgery, performing in-house lab work, calculating dosages and administering medications, assisting during euthanasia and providing aftercare for deceased patients, ensuring the hospital is stocked appropriately, and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
